Hyperion String Quartet

Praised by The Strad magazine for their “uncommonly high level of homogeneity and confidence,” the Hyperion String Quartet has won first prizes at the Coleman, Music Teachers National Association, and Green Lake chamber music competitions. They were was the bronze medal prizewinner at the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition.

The group was launched in 1999 when the members were undergraduates at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester. They have performed from New York’s famed Lincoln Center to Japan’s Izumi Hall.

Children to age 18 and College Students with ID admitted free.
